DHOL Shahi Paneer can be used with chicken or tofu. If desired you can even use our spice mix to make a mouth-watering marinade for paneer skewers! Use up to 2 cups yogurt, half a cup of lemon juice, DHOL Shahi Paneer spice mix 1 and 2 and mix well. Mix in your paneer and vegetables. Marinate 30 min or overnight and then bake at 450 degrees for about 16-18 minutes.
